the generosity of people who appreciate the work we do
with inmates.
FTHS staff and volunteers prepare teachers to deliver classes in prisons. They support a network
of letter writers who support inmates in their daily practice.

If you can help us financially with a contribution of any size, we would be most grateful. Donations are used for office support, newsletter production, yoga mats, meditation cushions, teacher travel expenses, teacher training workshops, teacher training materials, prison and inmate correspondences, etc...
An income tax reciept can be provided if requested, for donations of $10.00 or more.
We can accept cash, cheque, Visa & Mastercard.
